Best part is; don’t like almonds? Can’t stand apples? Really like blackcurrants or dark chocolate? Each box is custom made for your tastes.
My thoughts for this box :
Pomodoro Rustichella : Cheese croutons, tomato baguettes and tomato almonds. PIZZA. IT’S PIZZA SNACKS. Delicately spicy and perfectly herb-y. Light, crunchy, tomatoey and cheesy without being overwhelming.
Garden of England : Baby strawberries, apples and blackcurrants. I really love those tiny soft chewy strawberries! The apples had a nice tang to them, and the blackcurrants were a MIGHT tart - but totally fine with the sweet strawberries.
Apple and Cinnamon Flapjack: rustic rolled oat flapjack with apple and cinnamon I had never had a “flapjack” before, but I’m a sucker for apple-flavored goodies, so I was excited for this. I was expecting a crunchy granola-bar-type texture, but I was surprised at how soft and moist these things were. It was seriously like eating tiny slices of apple cinnamon cake, without the overwhelming sweetness. My favorite of the box.
Dark Rocky Road : Pecan nuts, dark chocolate buttons and cranberries The crunchiness of the pecans goes well with the soft chocolate and cranberries. I’m not a huge fan of dark chocolate, but it’s totally appropriate in this mix. Pecans are appropriately soft and the cranberries are jam packed with flavor.
